As the Marketing Director/CMO at Falcon Wealth Management (FWP), you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance brand awareness, and drive client acquisition and retention. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, creative thinking, and strong leadership skills to effectively position our firm in the competitive wealth management industry.
Key responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning
· Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities trends in competitor strategies.
· Define target audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to effectively reach and engage them.
2. Brand Management
· Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identify across identity all across all channels and communication materials.
· Ensure consistency messaging design and brand voice to reinforce brand recognition and reputation.
· Overseas the development and marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and website content.
3. Digital Marketing
· Lead digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, email campaigns, and social media.

4. Content Strategy

· Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
5. Client Engagement
· Implement client engagement strategies to nurture relationships and foster loyalty among existing clients.
· Coordinate client events seminars and webinars to provide value added insights and networking opportunities.
· Collect client feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
6. Leadership
· Build and lead a high performing marketing team.
· Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
· Foster a collaborative and initiative work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
· Collaborate class cross functionally with other departments such as business development, compliance, advisory team and operations to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s and marketing business administration or related field
· Master’s degree preferred.
· Proven experience of 5-7 years in marketing leadership roles within financial services industry preferably wealth management
· Strong understanding of wealth management product services and industry regulations
· Demonstrated success in developing and implementing multi-channel strategies.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data identify strengths and make data driven decisions.
· Strong leadership in team building skills with a history of managing and developing high performing teams.
· Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
· Expertise in Business to Customer, or Business to Consumer method (B2C)
