JOB SUMMARY:
Standard Printing Company is currently seeking a motivated candidate with offset printing expertise to enhance our offering to the marketplace . The ideal candidate will be willing to travel, have a history of delivering sustained sales growth and have a desire to be part of a dynamic sales team that works together for the betterment of Standard Printing’s customers. This position is directly responsible for enhancing the Company’s position in the large format offset and digital sheetfed markets supporting our packaging and retail display customers. .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gain a thorough understanding of Standard Printing’s capabilities and workflows. Identify and qualify new opportunities that match up well with current capabilities.
- Obtain in person meetings and give capabilities presentations. Use these meetings to learn the prospects needs and provide best case solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team where needed and provide routine updates to management on competitive developments.
- Develop and maintain a professional network where your relationships build your knowledge base and drive technological development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 – 3 years of offset printing and or point of sale/retail sales experience. Digital printing experience a plus.
- Sales work experience that demonstrates expertise with customer service, meeting sales goals, closing skills, prospecting skills, negotiation skills, self-confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills.
- Ability to learn the Company’s capabilities and seek out opportunities with new and existing customers while helping guide our path forward as we continue to develop our position in the large format sheetfed printing market.
