Determines action on changes for which a policyholder has applied, but which are not covered by policy provisions, and computes costs or allowances for policy changes. Being a Policy Change Supervisor contacts policy owners and field agents with pertinent information that may affect a policy change. Does not have underwriting approval. Additionally, Policy Change Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Policy Change Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. P eraton seeks a Senior Governance & Policy (OSINT) Analyst to support ARCYBER G2. Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA. In this role, you will support OSINT collection, analysis, production, and dissemination of publicly available information to enable situational understanding of cyberspace threats to networks and equities.
Tasks include:
Develop strategies to satisfy OSINT collection management requirements Provide guidance and recommendations to G2 on operations, policy, personnel, doctrine, training, organization, and concepts for ARCYBER OSINT mission sets Develop/coordinate ARCYBER Enterprise OSINT equities and interests for working groups or decision-making forums. Coordinate with Intelligence Architecture and Governance Leads on cutting-edge technologies and advancements related to OSINT/PAI that may impact cyber intelligence operations In coordination with the Intelligence Architecture and Governance teams, provide advice and recommendations on the integration of technologies and advancements into ARCYBER Enterprise OSINT operations. Support the Intelligence Oversight, Foreign Disclosure, Classification, and Special Access Control Program Management Training and education on national policies, rules, guidelines, and instructions that govern each program and promote fundamental understanding by providing subject matter expertise. Prepare specific program inspections (IO, FDO, CAO) as required by regulation and inspection guidance. Assist in tracking training across the enterprise as required by regulation. Perform the drafting and compilation of command polices and processes to the Governance Cell for final approval and implementation. OSINT analysts will become familiar with OSINT tools and Managed Attribution operations. Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider: HS 16 years of experience. Analyst is required to be OSINT-qualified or to complete courses within 120 days, or as the government dictates based on course availability. Ability to complete Open Source courses/training as mission and course availability allows. Familiar with the national policies, rules, guidelines, and instructions regarding OSINT Ability to prepare specific program inspections (IO, FDO, CAO) as required by regulation and inspection guidance. Active TS/SCI with Polygraphy or the ability to obtain and maintain Polygraph and MEAD clearance. Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
