The primary purpose of your position is to schedule and fill all shift positions with available Nursing staff to assure that the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times and to meet resident care needs in accordance with federal and state long term care regulations.Your responsibilities include maintaining facility staffing levels in accordance with Healthcare Nursing policies and procedures, budget considerations, the Healthcare mission philosophy and under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
