Summary
The Scheduler / Recruiter is responsible for the Nursing Staff schedule, working with Nurses for schedule changes, Time off, and Call-outs. Working with staff to maintain coverage for all shifts and reduce the number of overtime and agency hours. Communicate with DON, Administrator, and Staff development on Staff issues. Weekly updates on staffing needs, meeting with DON, HR, Staff Development, and Administrator.
