Here is what we have to offer you:

• You will be trained to clean siding, gutters, windows, roofs, decks, concrete, patios, dryer vents, etc. and install Christmas lights.
• You will be trained in safety and customer service. Our training programs will get you up to speed quickly. It’s up to you how fast you advance in our company.

The basic requirements for this job are as follows:

• Must love heights and be comfortable on ladders up to 3 or 4 stories.
• Must be able to lift over 90 lbs. easily and be able to carry and use ladders safely.
• Must not be afraid of heights and should be comfortable on roofs.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be coachable, teachable and trainable.
• Must not be a jerk.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week

Payment frequency:

• Paid weekly

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Wilmington, NC 28401: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
