Reception / Administrative - FULL TIME

General Expectations 

• Greet Customers, Clients, Vendors, Guests as they arrive
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments as necessary
• Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
• Develop / maintain professional relationships with all staff
• Balances competing demands from multiple managers
• Data Entry / Filing
• Strong organizational skills
• Confidentiality required
• Occasional overtime

Basic qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and / or a relevant combination of training and education
• Preferred Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in Office Administration or related field or a combination of experience

Experience, Education, and Skills that could help

• Experience maintaining filing systems
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Quick books
• Multi-Line Phone System
• Computer Network / Personal Computer
• Photocopier / Scanner
• Experience maintaining / ordering office supplies, safety supplies, etc.
• Event Planning experience a plus 
• Bilingual a plus
