Our Twinsburg location has opening on 3rd shift for Press Operators (12 AM - 8:00 AM.) This is an opportunity to work for a great company with excellent benefits and high pay potential.

We are a precision rubber molder that develops and manufactures specialty and products serving a divers set of applications in the automotive, aerospace, and industrial markets.

$19.07/hr. starting base wage for training period (approximately 3 months on 1st shift.)

Monthly Production Bonus based on your individual performance. Potential to earn an monthly bonus (Monthly Bonus Average $500.00- $2000.00) . You’re able to start earning your production bonus after you have been with our team only 90 days.

Manufacturing can be hot, heavy work. Our successful associate is:

Able to work 8-hour shifts plus overtime on weekends.

Able to lift and carry 50 pounds often, stand, bend, and reach constantly throughout the shift.

Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
