Press Operator Assistant - All Widths jobs in Hamilton, OH

We are seeking a highly skilled and experience Stamping Press Operator to join one of our rapidly growing clients team located in Cincinnati, OH!

As a Stamping Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating the stamping press and maintaining up to two types of presses to produce high-quality parts. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate stamping presses according to work instructions
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished parts for quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on presses to keep them in optimal condition and all material handling duties.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a stamping press
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with machining tools such as micrometers, calipers, and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
- Knowledge of materials handling and proper use of lifting equipment
- Basic math and computer skills

Skills:
- Proficient in operating stamping press machinery
- Ability to assemble and disassemble press components as needed
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques for loading and unloading parts
- Familiarity with using hand tools for maintenance and adjustments
- Understanding of blueprint reading

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
