    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process of steel wire and its associated products.

    Responsibilities:
    Component Assembly: Assemble steel wire components and related parts according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to accurately join, attach, and secure parts.

    Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections to ensure components meet quality standards. Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies during the assembly process. Follow quality control procedures to maintain product integrity.

    Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment such as wire drawing machines, cutting machines, bending machines, and welding equipment. Safely set up, adjust, and monitor machinery to ensure accurate and efficient production.

    Material Handling: Handle and transport raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods within the manufacturing area. Organize materials and components to facilitate smooth production flow.

    Measurement and Calibration: Use measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers to verify component dimensions and tolerances. Make necessary adjustments to maintain precision and adherence to specifications.

    Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any safety hazards or concerns.

    Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including supervisors, technicians, and quality control personnel, to achieve production goals and resolve challenges. Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.

    Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Provide feedback and suggestions for optimizing assembly procedures and workflows.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or relevant certifications in manufacturing or assembly processes is a plus.
    Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills in using various hand tools and machinery.
    Basic understanding of engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
    Proficiency in measurement techniques using calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
    Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
    Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
    Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting.
    Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the workday.

    Work Schedule and Compensation:
    Full-time position with a Monday- Friday 7:00am - 330pm schedule
    Pay rate - $15.00 per hour.
