Printed Circuit Board Designer jobs in Richmond, VA

Designer Services, LLC is looking for a qualified, creative, and motivated candidate who can work in a team environment. The Draftsperson will be providing quality designs for clients and builders in the Richmond area for outdoor spaces, renovations, additions, and new single family homes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Construction Drawings. Foundation Plans, Floor Plans, Elevations, Roof Plans, Electrical Plans, Sections, Details, etc.
• Assisting in all aspects of architectural design
• Manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Develop new home plans and collect information for revisions on existing plans
• Meet with a team to collaborate design options
• Put together documentation for Permitting

Requirements:

• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD experience is a plus
• Basic Knowledge of Building Codes
• Experience with developing Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections and Details
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be detail oriented, organized and able to solve problems
• Ability to work under deadlines and to prioritize tasks
• Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum Associate Degree in a drafting discipline
• Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in similar positions, preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
