We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable dental office that is seeking an associate dentist. They have many established patients already as well as a healthy flow of new patients each month. This private office has many excellent online reviews.
The office has a mix of PPOs and Fee for Service. They do not accept Medicaid or any HMO plans. The office is a modern one, with digital x-rays, paperless charting and state of the art equipment. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk that all work very well together.
General dentistry procedures is all that is required. If a dentist is proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus but it is not required. There is excellent mentoring and collaboration available but they are preferring an experienced dentist as the office is pretty busy.
They are offering a very competitive daily minimum plus percentage of production, health insurance, 401K, and continuing education stipend.
