The Opportunity 

We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Producer to join our team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the advertising or digital marketing industry. As a Digital Producer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of digital projects including, but not limited to, web design/development and augmented reality from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client objectives, deadlines, and budgetary requirements.

• Project Planning and Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, development, and account management, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and agency capabilities.
• Coordinate resources and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones effectively.
• Client Communication and Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
• Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business goals, anticipating their needs, and proactively offering strategic recommendations and solutions.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, such as scope creep, resource constraints, or technical challenges, to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Financial Management:
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability, tracking costs and ensuring adherence to client contracts and agency billing procedures.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to internal stakeholders, highlighting project performance and identifying opportunities for cost optimization or revenue growth.
