Being a Producer, Sr. - Web manages projects, schedules resources, and coordinates scope changes to ensure on-time completion of projects. Oversees development teams that may include outside vendors and offers technical guidance as needed. Additionally, Producer, Sr. - Web provides quality assurance for completed websites and ensures websites are properly integrated with current systems and software. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. The Producer, Sr. - Web work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The Sr. Director will work with people at all levels of the organization (investors, banks, senior management, functional leadership and staff) to develop, report, monitor and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators. As the company grows in size, the Director will be responsible for the hiring and management of other finance professionals in the FP&A function.
