POSITION TYPE:    Full-Time, Hourly

LOCATION:              Auburn, WA

SCHEDULE:            M-F

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Production Managers with a variety of tasks
  1. Scheduling and dispatching crews
  2. Creating purchase orders
  3. Reviewing timesheets
  4. Review job files
  5. Filing and uploading documents
• Assisting Safety team with a variety of tasks
• Assisting in Warehouse
  1. Loading and unloading trucks
  2. Monitoring inventory
  3. Maintaining warehouse equipment
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent years of experience in the construction field
• Ability to read blue prints, write correspondence and routine reports, speak effectively with various groups of people.
• OSHA 30 certificate desirable
• Experience in the Commercial Construction field strongly desired
• Ability to operate a variety of office equipment and computer programs
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Regular attendance is required
• Basic computer skills using IPads, Laptops, and MS Office Suite
