Production Assistant assists with coordinating the production of television or web broadcasts, shows, or videos. Monitors designated schedules and timelines to ensure each phase of production stays on track. Being a Production Assistant collaborates with technical specialists and operators for each production's camera, sound, and lighting. Helps with set-up and operation of production equipment such as consoles or teleprompter, and completes any miscellaneous tasks needed for production. Additionally, Production Assistant may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Production Assistant works under moderate supervision. We are looking for someone to join our joint-rolling production team! TKO Reserve is a family-run recreational cannabis farm located in Eagle Point, Southern Oregon.
We have a tight-knit team and are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands at a fast-paced, yet sedentary job.

*A cannabis workers permit is required, but can be easily applied for if you don't have one ($100 fee for the permit)*
Legally, we cannot hire anyone with previous felonies or a criminal record.
After an interview, we will do a one-week paid trial period to make sure it is a good fit for both sides.
