Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production and Billing Assistant located in Charleston, SC. Your regular duties would include; processing legal transcripts and exhibits submitted by court reporters; including the following:

• Managing the intake and production of legal transcripts, exhibits, letters, emails, and billing sheets
• Tracking the production status of transcripts and communicating with court reporters
• Preparing and shipping final products to clients
• Analyzing and resolving customer service problems with a focus on quality of service
• Handling clients’ inquiries regarding legal transcripts, exhibits, and access to the online repository
• Organizing and prioritizing tasks to accomplish team goals and efforts
• Assisting in the set up of Zoom Video Conferences both on-site and remotely
• Occasional local deliveries
• Other administrative duties

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Assistance
• Quality Control and Editing skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Note: Relevant education and experience may be considered as satisfying some or all of the above qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
