Production Assistant - Web jobs in Florida
Production Assistant - Web provides technical management for projects that expand website functionality and enhance the organization's digital presence. Scopes digital production projects to ensure they meet business needs while staying within budget. Being a Production Assistant - Web manages projects, schedules resources, and coordinates scope changes to ensure on-time completion of projects. Oversees development teams that may include outside vendors and offers technical guidance as needed. Additionally, Production Assistant - Web provides quality assurance for completed websites and ensures websites are properly integrated with current systems and software. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Assistant - Web work is closely managed. Overview
Our documentary film production company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an office Production Assistant.
Your work is essential, so we can focus on what’s important and move forward quickly.
Please note - this is NOT a full time job and schedule will be created on a weekly basis - as needed. This will probably evolve into a full time job in the next couple of months.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Researching
- Contacting vendors and collecting quotes
- Scheduling meetings and filming days
- Compute tasks
- Coordinating
- Helping with other tasks around the office
You MUST shave the following skills and abilities:
- Be a team member
- Be detail oriented
- Know how to use computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Adobe Suite is an advantage)
- Be responsible and self motivated
- Be able to work from our office
