POSITION: Administrative Assistant

Reports To: Operations Manager

Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday – Friday

Pay: $22/hour

Location: Edina, Minnesota
This position is not eligible for remote work.

Start Date: Flexible

Education: Bachelor's Degree (required)

Responsibilities:

• Recruits and admits learners to the Program. In addition, it represents and markets the program through telephone and electronic communications regarding all phases of the Program and its policies. No cold calling.
• Implementation of the prospective learner recruitment plan and for special projects as they arise. The position also participates in the prospective learner application, including follow-up phone calls and emails.
• This high-energy position requires ingenuity and flexibility to deal with new situations and work with applicants of all backgrounds and personalities.
• Inbound and outbound phone calls.

Skills:

• Technology competence with Microsoft Products, and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM): Salesforce.
• Working online.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, focus and facilitate.
