PRODUCTION MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Manager is a member of the Production Team reporting directly to the Plant Manager. The Production Manager is accountable and responsible for managing departmental safety, environmental controls, development of production employees and plant production. Including quality control, protection of equipment, and departmental cost controls.
SUPERVISORY DUTIES
Reporting to the Production Manager are the hourly positions of assigned manufacturing assembly departments, Maintenance and Warehouse personnel in certain circumstances (overtime, weekends,
Etc.) This position will support and coordinate all training programs that support Plant Manufacturing.
