Being a Production Engineering Supervisor develops and recommends revisions or enhancements to schedules, human and monetary resource allocations, and production requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Production Engineering Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Production Engineering Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. As a Quality Supervisor (also known as Quality Control Supervisor, Quality Assurance Supervisor), you'll be responsible for the direct supervision of the Quality Department. Your duties will include coordinating the BRC and HACCP, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), leading the Quality pillar for the company's Production System, and managing the Gainseeker Quality Measurement system. You'll also be responsible for identifying nonconforming products, maintaining customer databases, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with the Technical Manager.
