Production Maintenance Manager jobs in Cheyenne, WY

Our Penn Pak Division is searching for an experienced Production Manager in our Sidney Nebraska location. This position requires qualified candidates to be safety conscious and able to perform required functions in a productive manner, working with tight schedules and deadlines.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Maintains a running total of all outstanding orders vs. needs for production daily.
• Schedules production runs in order to fill orders from customers.
• Orders raw materials and supplies such as boxes, tape and stretch film to ensure production needs are met.
• Requests workers from temporary agencies to keep plant active.
• Monitors inventory and orders specialty grain products.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• Teamwork oriented and able to get along with others.
• Must have good work ethics.
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
• SAP knowledge a plus, but not required. Will train.
• Able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time position in a warehouse production facility.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
