As a PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE MANAGER, supporting 24/7 CONTACT LENS MANUFACTURING, you will be trusted TO OVERSEE AND COORDINATE ALL MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES WITHIN A HIGH-VOLUME MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURING FACILITY at JOHNS CREEK MANUFACTURING in JOHNS CREEK, GEORGIA.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

• Lead a team of maintenance leaders and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness and efficiency.

• Ensure processes are established to: Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities based on production needs, equipment criticality, and resource availability.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.

• Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate with engineering and production teams to implement timely solutions.

• Maintain inventory levels of spare parts and consumables to ensure uninterrupted maintenance operations.

• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 15 yrs.; Assoc. 11yrs; M.S. 4 yrs; PhD 3 yrs.)

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

• 7 Years of Relevant Experience

• 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

• Work hours: Monday through Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Travel Requirements: 0 to 10%
