The starting pay for this position is $51,000-$65,000/year. We currently offer a $600 signing bonus for 6 months of successful performance and attendance.
Job Summary:
The PM Supervisor directs and controls the maintenance system. This person supervises the maintenance of machines and equipment and is responsible for achieving a stable machine condition and high utilization. Additionally, this person will implement an equipment maintenance program according to standard. He or she will conduct analysis of machine quality related problems and implement the appropriate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. He or she will support the General Maintenance Supervisor as necessary to ensure proper maintenance of the compressors, water treatment systems, and other support systems. This position provides guidance and support to co-workers and subordinates. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
