Production Scheduler Manager manages the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Collaborates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Manager monitors production progress and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules. Additionally, Production Scheduler Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Scheduler Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. The Production Manager is the senior leader responsible for production of manufactured homes on the HOPE factory floor. Retains complete accountability for execution and continuous improvement of production across the plant’s production departments. Responsible for meeting specific client quality and production goals. Accountable for production process mapping, documenting, reengineering, quality assurance, staffing, metrics, controls, risk identification, service expectations and overseeing the training of all production supervisors, team leads, and team members. Develop and coach production supervisors and team leads. Manage production personnel scheduling and accountability, and effectively resolve conflicts as required.
