The Marlborough House and Stark Production Group have an immediate opening for office personnel. The position offers some flexibility in hours and a competitive hourly wage. Potential for growth includes commissioned sales and management of The Marlborough House.
The successful candidate should be self-motivated, organized, able to problem solve, multi-task, demonstrate initiative and work independently. Banquet sales and management experience a plus.
Necessary skills include strong communication skills, phone etiquette, writing skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Social Media, E-Mailing, MAC and PC platforms are preferred.
Responsibilities include: Customer service, basic marketing on social media, office tasks: answering the phone, responding to emails, filing, proposal writing, and calendar maintenance.
