Administrative Director of Surgical Services Needed!
We are seeking an Administrative Director of Surgical Services to join our Hospital's talented Nurse Leadership team in Portsmouth, NH. The 230 bed, Level II trauma center is known for having a great culture amongst staff and a passionate team-oriented environment in the Surgical Services Dept. The Director will report to the CEO and oversee the 7 OR's.
- $110K - $176K depending on experience
- Bonus Incentives up to 22.5%

- Volume: 5300 surgeries in 2022 (a lot of Ortho Trauma)
- Have 1 Mako & 1 DaVinci XI
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Surgical Services experience Required
- Active NH - RN License (or willing to obtain if relocating)
- BSN required, MSN preferred
