Position: Architectural Designer/Architect (Multiple design & technical positions are available at different levels)
Education: B'Arch. degree (or M'Arch with a B'Arch undergraduate degree)
Experience: 2-15 years of experience designing residential, commercial, mixed-use & adaptive Reuse projects in the USA.
Responsibilities: Architectural Design. Research, Ideate & Illustrate Design Concepts, Develop the Design & Produce Construction Documents.
Technical Skills: A minimum of 2 years of Design & Building Technology experience. You must be technically proficient with Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, various visualization techniques.
Personal Skills: Clear & appropriate verbal & written communications with clients & team members. You must be able to design multiple projects, in different phases of design, simultaneously.
Important: These are mainly Design positions; however, you must be professionally proficient with Revit. On smaller projects the Designer will also be part of the construction documents team.
