Position Overview:
Boulder, Colo.-based agency seeks a self-starting Account Manager to oversee client activities and projects professionally and in an organized manner. You will work closely with agency founders toward taking the lead on client relationships. You will work directly with the creative team to collaborate and manage projects, budgets, and client expectations. Key skill sets for a successful Account Manager include being organized and detail-oriented, time efficient, multitasking, and coping in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Client work is within three primary areas: senior living (retirement communities), nonprofits, and governmental agencies. This includes several long-term clients with annual contracts. We currently work remotely but prefer a Colorado candidate.
Work Areas
Pivot handles many client marketing responsibilities, including:

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with management, account, and creative teams to execute client tasks
· Implement and manage email marketing campaigns
· Collaborate and guide the creative team on design projects
· Organize client ad programs, print and digital
· Support and develop client social media strategy and content
· Support client content strategy
· Understand client data analytics to validate ROI
· Collaborate on PR outreach efforts
· Assists management of client KPI reports and presentations, and project coordination, timelines, and budgets
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant marketing experience
· Agency experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient software skills, from MS Office to project management (Trello) and email marketing (MailChimp) systems
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage priorities
· Strong attention to detail and self-accountability
· Resourceful and able to meet deadlines
· Understanding of creative services (digital and traditional marketing)
· Knowledge of social media strategies
· Understanding of Google Analytics, earned media, owned media, and paid media
· Experience in senior living or nonprofit marketing is beneficial
