POSITION SUMMARY:

Professor qualified to teach undergraduate courses in Composition. Candidates with
a terminal degree are preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teach English Composition I and/or English Composition II
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Earned PhD in English with a focus on Composition
Experience teaching Composition at the collegiate level
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Earned MA in English
Excellent oral and written language skills
Outstanding Christian character
Positive recommendations from previous employers
Evidence of successful experience teaching and mentoring at the collegiate level
