Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced legal environment.

Duties:
- Answering telephone, scheduling appointments

- Processing credit cards and posting payments
- Managing and organize files
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Skip trace defendants utilizing Accurint
- Support attorney and paralegals with various administrative tasks

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and processes
- Proficiency in legal drafting and proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in data entry and transcription
