Being a Professor - Liberal Arts provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Liberal Arts typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.     About the Role:

    As an instructor, you'll work closely with students and parents, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to achieve their goals. Your main responsibilities include:

    ● Teaching fun, safe, and highly motivating classes.

    ● Tracking student progress and attendance.

    ● Collaborating with managers to achieve school goals.

    ● Ensuring every student feels special and receives recognition quarterly via AWESOME CALLS.

    Position Expectations:

    ● Uphold high standards of professionalism and conduct.

    ● Arrive 15 minutes early, dressed in full uniform.

    ● Demonstrate peak mental, physical, emotional, and martial shape.

    ● Maintain flexibility in schedule for special events. (ie: PNO, Birthday Parties, Tournaments, etc.)

    ● Embrace a positive attitude and teamwork mindset.

    Schedules will vary based on need and will consist of hours during the evening time. Typically, instructors work multiple days Mon-Fri during the hours of 4 PM to 9 PM, with the occasional Saturday morning or evening depending on special events.
