    NOVATIO is currently searching for a skilled mechanical technician. This individual will be an excellent fabricator, have a high mechanical aptitude and be skilled with a variety of hand and power tools. We prefer someone who sees themselves as a team player with a positive “do-it-yourself” attitude.

    Responsibilities:


    • Fabrication and production in support of engineering efforts daily
    • Janitorial support, machine shop maintenance and grounds keeping
    • Maintaining a clean and well organized work environment
    • Assisting with wiring, soldering, crimping pins, installing connectors (AC and DC)
    • Occasionally assisting with testing, data collection and troubleshooting

    Qualifications


    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
    • Strong communication and organization skills
    • Electrical experience (wiring, terminals, connectors, harnesses)
    • Experience with hand tools, power tools, machine tools, sheet metal tools
    • Self-starter, ability to work autonomously with ambiguous work instructions
    • Positive attitude, team player
