The Business Administrative Manager contributes to the success of Boston operations by handling various administrative functions. The role is a vital member of the Operations team and works closely with management. Key responsibilities include developing internal communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff management, and seeing opportunities for operational efficiency. Ensures efficient use of supplies and office equipment while adhering to FM Global’s purchasing policies and procedures. Coordinates local oversight of and ensures compliance with health and safety programs. Serves as a local contact for employees and as a resource to provide local information, referring and raising issues to the relevant function or manager.
Minimum high school degree or equivalent experience, bachelor’s degree preferred. Eight years of relevant business experience, which includes the use of leadership and management experience.
