Program Assistant (Non-Profit) provides operational and administrative support for one or more programs of a non-profit organization. Contributes to fundraising, budgeting, research, and community outreach efforts. Being a Program Assistant (Non-Profit) prepares a program event calendar, schedules meetings, and coordinates training sessions. Responds to inquiries from the public with information and materials. Additionally, Program Assistant (Non-Profit) processes and maintains a database related to donors, fundraising, volunteers, and partners using a client relationship management (CRM) or another system and generates reports. Job Summary: This job would lead our non-profit Children's Justice & Advocacy Center's response to reduce the impact of child abuse by bringing together Law enforcement, prosecution, mental health, advocates and others in a child friendly setting to investigate abuse and, most importantly, to help children heal from trauma. Minimum Qualifications:
A combination of education, professional experience, and life experience will be considered for this position
Must possess a valid driver's license and have accesss to reliable transportation
Must successfully complete a comprehensive fingerprint crimiinal and child welfare background investigation
Demonstrated ability to maintain impeccable professional boundaries and confidentiality
