Veterinary Technician needed for high quality, high volume spay/neuter clinic in Gallatin, Tennessee. Applicant must be proficient in blood draws, iv drug administration, restraint, surgical prep, intubation surgical recovery and monitoring patients under anesthesia. Administrative skills are a must for patient check in, patient discharge and entering medical notes. The right person for this job would be highly self-motivated, organized, great at multi-tasking and able to work on their own as well as with a team in a fast paced environment. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds without assistance and be on their feet for most of the day. Candidate must be able to provide compassionate patient care and excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is energetic, friendly, emotionally mature, self motivated and punctual. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, an excellent work ethic and be flexible when needed. This job is fast paced and physically demanding.
