CCH PROGRAM DIRECTOR- COMMUNITY CAMPANION HOME
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the coordination of services for individuals supported in our Community Care Homes/CCH Program. The CCH Program Director will be familiar with and carry out support, training, and licensing process in adherence with CT Department of Developmental Services (DDS) regulation and guidelines. In addition, this position will support the recruitment and on-boarding of new licensees, with the purpose of expanding services to individuals in need of CCH services. Our Program Director of CCH will manage our CCH Coordinator directly.
