Job Summary:
-The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the success of the employment program. This entails collaborating with the Job Development Manager, who oversees the success of job development services. The PM is directly responsible for ensuring there are sufficient personnel to fulfill job coaching services, and that services are provided according to standard. Other services that are closely associated with job coaching may fall under the PM’s purview. This is a full-time, management position. The PM reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain regular office hours, providing leadership and direction to the Employment team to ensure the program's success. Work is primarily conducted at the HDE office or in the field, excluding after-hours communication.

-Set goals and oversee the program's performance metrics, such as billed hours and overall profitability. Collaborate closely with Job Developers to forecast future scheduling requirements accurately, ensuring the program's objectives are met efficiently.

-Organize and manage the schedules for all Job Coaches to guarantee comprehensive support to all clients. Step in as a Job Coach to provide direct support to individuals when necessary.

-Holding weekly all staff meetings with the Employment Professionals to discuss progress and strategies, including specific sessions on fading techniques at the end of each month.

-Perform and oversee quality improvement activities such as monthly job coaching reports, reading progress notes, on-site evaluations, and training as needed.

-Oversee new job coaching inquiries and maintain a current database of leads. For clients who achieve job retention, facilitate the seamless transition of clients into Long-Term Support.

-Collaborate with office staff and Employment Professionals on critical decisions affecting clients and personnel.

-Sustain and enhance relationships with established Case Managers.

-Being available to handle urgent communications outside regular office hours

-Master and implement company policies and procedures and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) relative to the program.

Experience:
-Minimum of two years' experience in a management position.

-High school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, or a closely related field preferred.

-Must have or obtain CESP, ACRE, APSE, or similar program-approved supervisor credentialing within 6 months of hire.

Skills

-Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and make sound business decisions, especially in times of chaos;

-Computer literacy and effective communication via phone and email;

-Profound understanding of one-on-one direct care and the role of the managing agency;

-Planning and organizational skills necessary to achieve business goals and to increase office production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,900.00 per month
