Program Director - Home Care directs, supervises, and governs all home care programs including nursing, therapy, home care, and homemaking. Plans, implements and maintains policies and procedures for home care programs to ensure quality patient care and services. Being a Program Director - Home Care may work for a free-standing agency or operate a multi-chain branch. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Program Director - Home Care typically reports to top management. The Program Director - Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Program Director - Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. JOIN OUR HERO PROGRAM TODAY $1,100 SIGN ON BONUS
The Hero Program guarantees weekly pay whether you work or not. Must make a commitment to a 24, 32, or 40-hour block of time. Blocks of time may include 7am-5pm, 1pm-11pm, or 9pm-11am. You are on-call during your scheduled block of time, not on your scheduled days off. Days off include one weekday and one weekend day.
Service area: Charlestown, Exeter, Hopkinton, Narragansett, North Kingstown, Richmond, South Kingstown, and Westerly.
Benefits include a $1,100 sign on bonus, weekly paychecks, bonus incentives, differential pay, case eligible stipends, holiday & overtime pay, medical benefits, sick time, on-call care plan support, and growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year nursing home or caregiver experience (transfer experience a plus)
- Active CNA license and required to be on Rhode Island registry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in homes with animals
- Immunization records and BCI (Bureau of Criminal Identification)
- Pass a national background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
