Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of programs within our organization.

Duties:

- Develop and manage program budgets, resources, and timelines
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within budget
- Implement and maintain program management processes and tools
- Monitor program performance and report on metrics
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program delivery
- Ensure compliance with program governance and standards

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in program management, including leadership roles
- Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, etc.
-Strong data analysis skills for decision-making and reporting
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
- Experience in contract management and negotiation
- Ability to design effective programs that align with organizational goals
