Additionally, Program Director (Non-Profit) develops budgets and may manage the grant proposal process. Organizes and oversees fundraising and community outreach events. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an executive. The Program Director (Non-Profit) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Program Director (Non-Profit) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Executive Director of the Builder’s Club of Somerset. The Executive Director will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving initiatives to achieve our mission.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a strategic plan in collaboration with the Board of Directors to advance the organization's mission and objectives.
    • Provide visionary leadership to guide the organization towards long-term sustainability and growth.

    Financial Management:

    • Oversee the financial health of the organization, including budget development, financial reporting, and fiscal responsibility.
    • Implement effective fundraising strategies and grant acquisition to ensure financial stability and support programmatic goals.

    Operations and Program Management:

    • Supervise and collaborate with staff to ensure the successful implementation of programs and initiatives.
    • Monitor program outcomes and impact, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

    Board Engagement:

    • Work closely with the Board of Directors, providing regular updates, facilitating board meetings, and collaborating on key decisions.
    • Foster strong relationships with board members, leveraging their expertise and networks to benefit the organization.

    Community Engagement and Partnerships:

    • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders, donors, partners, and volunteers.
    • Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and forums to enhance its visibility and impact.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in nonprofit leadership, with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
    • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, fundraising, and grant management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining effective relationships with board members, staff, volunteers, and external partners.
    • Passion for and commitment to the mission and values of Builder’s Club of Somerset.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
