Examples of Essential Duties:
-Assist in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services
-Develop departmental goals, objectives, and standards of performance
-Coordinate nursing services with other clinical and ancillary services
Experience Requirements:
-2 years of experience in Psychiatric Nursing
-2 years of experience in Staff management
Education Requirement:
-Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing or from a Nursing Baccalaureate Program is required.
-Graduation from an accredited Master's program in Nursing is preferred.
Qualifications:
-Current valid licensure as a RN in the state of California
-Current AHA-approved CPR card.
-Current Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification
-Current First Aid certification
