Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Being a Program Manager (Non-Profit) monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizes a client relationship management (CRM) or another system to organize information and facilitate outreach communications, perform forecasting, and measure the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Manager (Non-Profit) implements a fundraising and development strategy to identify potential donors or funding sources and conduct outreach initiatives. Collaborates with partners to ensure that special events publicize the organization and its programs to the community and support its goals. May assist in the development of grant applications or proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager (Non-Profit) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Currently seeking a Registered Nurse, Hospice for a non-profit organization in the Edgewater MD Area. RN would be providing one on one in-home visits for end-of-life patients living in private homes across Southern Anne Arundel County

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM with NO weekends or on-call!
Benefits and Compensation for the Registered Nurse, Hospice:
- Highly competitive salary ranging from $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year depending on years of experience or qualifications
- 18 vacation days, 10 sick days, 6 holidays
- Mileage reimbursement at the IRS recommended rate
- 401K with company paid match
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse, Hospice:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis and implementation of plan of care for end of life patients living in private homes across Southern Anne Arundel County, MD
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (physician/provider, social work, chaplain, etc) in order to provide highest level quality of care.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse, Hospice:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous clinical experience working with the geriatric patient population ideally in long term care, hospice, home health, acute care or related setting
