Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Being a Program Manager (Non-Profit) monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizes a client relationship management (CRM) or another system to organize information and facilitate outreach communications, perform forecasting, and measure the performance of programs. You will provide administrative support such as answering calls, filing, creating documents, ordering and maintaining supplies, scheduling meetings, and data entry. In this role, you will be integral to the continued success of our programs supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by assisting with state-required certifications and being the go-to person for the Community Services Director and Program Managers when they need assistance.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, dependable, and who can maintain confidentiality. You need to be flexible and have 1 to 2 years of similar experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required and you must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational keys and strong proficiency with MS Office are required. Knowledge of the local communities is highly desirable and you must be willing to become a NH Notary. You will need to possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within our region. Mileage is reimbursed. Hybrid work may be available after 90 days of employment.
