Job Summary:
As the Program Manager, you will provide support to individuals accessing the PICS services. This position requires regular interaction with a variety of people, including participants and their families, county staff, support planners, other provider agencies, internal PICS staff and internal LSS staff. This position will also provide support and expertise to the PICS Service Coordinator staff.
This position will be responsible for maintaining systems and policies related to PICS’ services. This position must work collaboratively with the HR, billing, and payroll departments at PICS in order to effectively promote a collaborative work environment. This position also works closely with various LSS departments. This position will facilitate process improvements and provide appropriate training, supervision and support to Service Coordinator staff.
