SUMMARY
The Program Integrity Supervisor will have the primary day-to-day responsibility of responding to and investigating alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, lease and HUD federal regulations by applicants, participants, owners, and internal employees.
In addition, develop, maintain, and revise procedures for the general operation of the HCV Program and its related activities to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct among, participants and owners.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:
Operates under the direct general supervision of assigned manager or assistant program director. The Supervisor exercises leadership over
5-12 employees.

Education equivalent to a four-year degree from a regionally accredited institution in Public Administration, Social Science or a closely related field (Master’s Degree preferred). A minimum of three years of progressively responsible work experience, with at least one year in a
supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Ability to read, interpret and understand and apply regulations, Federal, State, local laws and codes. Strong problem solving skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including: Excel, Word, Outlook.
