Program Supervisor jobs in West Palm Beach, FL

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Supervisor for the Healthy Beginnings Program! You will be for overseeing the program, coordinating care, and providing guidance to staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Offer direct supervision, technical support, and training to staff, focusing on areas like developmental assessments, referral procedures, and navigating our program's care structure.
• Provide support and direction to program staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and contractual commitments.
• Conduct routine case management.
• Manage data input processes and act as a liaison between service providers and partners for effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services (preferably in a field such as social work, developmental psychology, and/or early childhood education). Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in child and family services and minimum 3 years’ experience working with developmental screenings and assessment tools. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole required.
• Valid Florida driver's license required.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Any offer of employment is contingent on the completion of a Level 1 and Level 2 background check and drug screen to company standards.

Pay: $61,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
