The Project Cost Administrator is responsible for a variety of cost accounting tasks related to the collection of cost data required to monitor project budgets. Duties include, but are not limited to, ordering project supplies as needed, maintaining project files, employee timecard review, including labor and equipment hours, production quantities and materials used, and cost allocation by maintaining fuel reports. Assist with tracking and invoicing aggregates, reviewing, verifying and approving payables and vendor charges, productivity and budget analysis and assisting with monthly cost to complete forecasting.
