Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator for a client in the Tuscaloosa area. The ideal candidate will have 3 YEARS MINIMUM of experience as a Project Administrator and will be organized, self-motivated, ambitious, pay attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Managing contracts
- Changing orders
- Set up new projects
- Maintain contract log and filing system
- Work with project managers to generate contract packages
- Ensure contractor licenses are current
- Procurement and review of Certificates of Insurance
- Process subcontractor billing
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Project Administrator in the construction industry
- One year of contract administration experience is a plus
- Must be PC proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
