We are Seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team. We are a landscaping company that specializes in hardscape, softscape, concrete, pool construction, and snow removal.

This position is for a general manager to oversee and supervise our crews. This position is responsible for managing all field operations, coordinate the procurement and scheduled use of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards. In addition, guide and mentor field staff and assist them in carrying out their duties. Build and train high-performing teams.

Day to Day Tasks:

• Oversee on-site construction and landscaping activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage workflow and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues or conflicts to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple crews and projects.
• Train, and mentor project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, empowering team members to excel in their roles.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to support professional growth and development.
• Foster a positive work environment that values diversity, creativity, and teamwork.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries on-site.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Identify and address potential hazards and unsafe conditions, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.

REQUIREMENTS

• MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE LANDSCAPE INDUSTRY
• Strong time management skills,
• Experience with Landscape and Hardscape
• Proven leadership, sophisticated supervisory abilities, excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Creative thinker with a passion for design and innovation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment used in landscaping and construction projects.
• Proven track record of leading and training multiple crews
• Current Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Plus Bonus
